The Year of Knowing: LivingOS Annual Review

We know how to be authentic, brave, and curious. We know how to create magic for a group of brave and kind people. We help people build their operating systems for life. We know. We deliver.

2021 was an amazing year, with record growth buoyed by a tremendous number of new initiatives and opportunities: 

• We launched not one but four product lines (Model Breakers, Fellowship, Bootcamp, and Authentic Storytelling) all while coaching hundreds of awesome people and writing this letter to you. 

• We have consolidated our team to lead five key business aspects (people, product, marketing, design, and engineering). I am inspired to work with these people every day. 

• We created eight brand new workshops (and more upcoming events) and received thousands of rave reviews from leading tech companies to signature online courses.  

Our early 2022 plans are even more ambitious, and I bet 2022 will be just as exhilarating.

But the growth we feel at this moment is not what makes LivingOS great. 

It’s our commitment to serving you on your good and bad days. As you embrace your feelings, you may be blown by an overflow of shame and guilt. As you look underneath your challenges, you may be overwhelmed by the messiness of life. 

We know how challenging life can be: 67% of all workers believe burnout has worsened during the pandemic, and most people work for twenty years without receiving any leadership coaching or training. We are here to change that. We want to help you design and live a life you love. 

Our commitment is driven by our conviction that we are our best bet. When an event goes south, we drop our agenda, listen to the audience’s needs, and surprise them with love and care. When a big wave hits, we ride along. We focus on the people. By making people’s lives a little better each time, we create new opportunities and possibilities for our community and the world. 

The word that supported 2020 (our founding year) was believe. Believe in people. Believe in us.

When my team asked me about the most memorable moment of 2021, I immediately thought of the first Fellowship graduation session. It was the moment when our belief turned into reality. It was the moment when we saw the visceral impact we created in people’s lives. For me, it was the moment of dreams came true.

Building on this unwavering belief, we rolled out six cohorts (triple the industry average) in the next nine months. 

Our beliefs turned into knowing, which is also the word that supported 2021 (our second year). We know how to be authentic, brave, and curious. We know how to create magic for a group of brave and kind people. We help people build their operating systems for life. We know. We deliver.

As we head into 2022, our knowing is transformed into doing. We will bring our vision into reality by investing in our community and supporting your journey.
